Commercial Technology Ltd is a company founded in 1985 and owned by Ian and Margaret McNeill. The company was formed as an investment vehicle and also offered management accounting and administration services to investee companies, mainly in the Information Technology or Natural Resources sectors, for many years. 

The accounting business was transferred to Watson Morgan LLP in 2008 and the company became an investment vehicle only until October 2009 when it purchased the assets of the Software Development and Web Design/Support/Hosting business of Refractiv Group Ltd.
